Hypo-Allergenic waterproofing
In keeping with our ethos of being environmentally friendly, we use a highly specialized Smelting process that ensure our Waterproofed fabrics are:
- Non-toxic
- Solvent Free
- Formaldehyde Free and free from Carcinogenic causing agents
Making all our Fabrics breathable, baby-friendly and hypo-allergenic.
How do we do it?
This is achieved by using a TPU Laminate (thermoplastic polyurethane) which is the membrane that is melded into the fabrics, making a sandwich of waterproofing for both our mattress & pillow protectors . This process has proven highly effective in our Hotel Range & Hospital Range.
Our membrane is quality assured by UREAMAX, the company who designed it, they promise their environmental friendliness as well as longevity as being an age-resistant material backed up by their SGS testing.
We don't use harsh chemicals on our fabrics. All our processes are environmentally friendly ensuring we produce breathable, hypo-allergenic products
